2006
The
Group creates it's own in house IT Department and Nicolas
Raffray joins the team heading this department.
2007
The
Group acquired Sofap Ltee from the Rogers Group in October
2007. All employees were offered continuity of employment
and the transition was very smooth which enables successful
integration in the group.
2008
The
Group invests in a new activity under the brand name of
Bourbon Vaynilla, specialising in refined and beautifully
packaged vanilla based products.
2008
Taylor
Smith & Co Ltd celebrates in May 2008, its Centenary.
A cocktail is held with all employees, shareholders, partners
and all those who played an important role in the company
over the years.
2009
The
Group invested in a joint venture with Viv Padayatchy, Cybernaptics
Ltd, in March 2009. The activity specialises in providing
IT support and Development services. It employs 10 highly
specialised people, led by Viv himself.
