Vanilla’s objective is to promote the exotic flavours of the
Indian Ocean in the region and around the world. It aims at mature
markets, namely France, Switzerland, the UK, Australia, South Africa
and the USA.

A
qualified Chartered Management Accountant, Dominique worked
in the banking sector before joining the Taylor Smith Group
in 2006. She worked with Lloyds Bank Treasury in London
for a couple of years before coming to work for The Mauritius
Commercial Bank in 1999. Dominique holds a BA in Accounting
and French from Kent University in the UK and a ‘Maitrise
AES’ from the University of Lyon in France.

Nathacha
Antoine
Production Manager |
In
2000, Nathacha started working at Factory Direct Ltd, a textile
agency, and was in charge of the follow-up of orders with
suppliers and clients, follow-up of stock and other administrative
duties. In 2006 she joined Versopub Ltd as Production Assistant.
She moved to Bourbon Vanilla in May 2008 as Administrative
Assistant and was promoted to Production Manager after 10
months. Nathacha holds a diploma with mention First Class
in Business English and organization (a long distance course)
from the Business Training Ltd of Manchester.
